Booking your laundry service online is easy. Sign up and sign into our laundry services portal, select driver pick-up and driver drop-off times that fit your schedule, choose to have your laundry every week, every other week, or one time, then select from a menu of service options. Enter in payment and submit your laundry pick-up order. Don't worry, we won't charge your card until your order is ready to be delivered.
Then prepare your laundry for pick-up. Collect your dirty clothes, towels, and linens into a bag (disposable kitchen bags work perfectly fine for this), and leave it aside for the driver to retrieve. If you want to keep this pickup laundry service contactless or simply won't be home, just leave the laundry out somewhere where the driver can find it. We kindly ask that you let us know when scheduling your order where you'll leave the laundry so the driver can easily find it.
Once picked up, our driver will bring your laundry to our laundromat where our team of professional wash attendants will get to work, washing your items with premium detergents like Tide and Wind Fresh (your choice), drying thoroughly, fluffing out the wrinkles, folding carefully, and gently packing everything into protective bags that seal in that fresh laundry scent.
When it's ready for you, our driver will deliver it on your scheduled day. We'll text you when your laundry is on its way back and again when it's delivered.
Best of all, you can keep the drop-off contactless, too. You don't have to be home either. Just let us know when scheduling your order where the driver can leave your laundry if you want to keep the service contactless or simply will not be home. That's it!
